Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 15, 2026 | Last updated: May 15, 2026
TeleCommandCenter Ltd. (“TeleCommandCenter,” “TCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our marketing websites (such as trytcc.com), use our web application at app.telecmd.com, install our mobile companion applications, interact with our embedded webchat, or use any related products and services we operate (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The data controller for the Services is TeleCommandCenter Ltd.
Contact for privacy requests: info@TeleCommandCenter.com
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and profile information — name, email address, login credentials, business or organization details, subscription tier, and preferences you provide when registering or managing your account.
- Telegram and messaging data — Telegram user identifiers, usernames, chat IDs, messages, button clicks, tags, funnel progress, and other interaction data needed to operate Telegram bots, automations, broadcasts, and support flows on your behalf.
- Customer and end-user data (processed for our customers) — if you use TCC to automate Telegram for your business, we process information about your subscribers and contacts as directed by you. You are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required consents from those individuals.
- Payment information — billing details and transaction metadata. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Mobile app and push notification data — device type, operating system, app version, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens, and notification delivery metadata when you use our mobile companion apps and enable push notifications.
- Content you upload — media files, documents, knowledge-base materials, funnel content, branding assets, and other materials you or your users submit through the platform.
- AI and automation inputs — prompts, questions, and context sent to AI-assisted features, including content used to generate or route automated responses.
- Usage, analytics, and technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location derived from IP or browser settings (for example, language or currency display), log files, and performance or error diagnostics.
- Communications — messages you send to support, demo inquiries, ambassador applications, and similar correspondence.
- Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies and local storage used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site usage, and operate embedded features such as webchat.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and enforce security;
- Run Telegram automations, funnels, broadcasts, bookings, stores, pay-per-view, premium groups, and related features you configure;
- Process payments, subscriptions, and payouts (including via Stripe Connect where applicable);
- Deliver in-app and push notifications;
- Power AI-assisted responses, routing, and knowledge-base features;
- Provide analytics, reporting, and troubleshooting;
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services;
- Send service-related notices, security alerts, and (where permitted) marketing communications;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and legal or technical issues;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the Services you request;
- Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and market the Services, and to prevent abuse, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — where you opt in (for example, certain marketing or optional cookies);
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information by law.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us host infrastructure, store media, send email, process payments, deliver push notifications, provide analytics, or support customer operations — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Telegram — when you connect bots or channels, data is exchanged with Telegram’s platform under Telegram’s own terms and policies.
- Stripe — for payment processing and connected-account payouts.
- Google / Firebase — for mobile push notification delivery when you use our apps.
- Cloud storage and CDN providers — for hosting uploaded media and static assets.
- Your organization or team members — according to roles and permissions you assign within an account.
- Professional advisers and authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States and jurisdictions where our hosting and subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type — for example, account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward; logs and analytics may be retained for shorter periods unless needed for security or legal purposes. You may request deletion as described below, subject to exceptions required by law or legitimate business needs.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Receive a portable copy of certain data;
- Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links or by contacting us;
- Disable push notifications in your device or app settings.
To exercise these rights, email info@TeleCommandCenter.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are an end user of a business that uses TCC, please contact that business first; we process much of that data on their instructions.
California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You may request access, deletion, or correction as described above. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a “limit” opt-out under CPRA.
EEA/UK residents: You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our lead contact for privacy matters is info@TeleCommandCenter.com.
10. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services (for example, Telegram, Stripe, or social platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
